On my campaign to visit and rate all 7 billion DD in New England, I have come across yet another DD that meets and exceeds all of my expectations, following suit of every other establishment I have experienced. Never have I ever experienced such a competent staff that is so knowledgeable in the ways of the coffee. It is as if they are all flown into a specialized DD training facility in Guatemala and put through rigorous yet incredibly delicate drills in which they master the method of bean and water. The temperature of my coffee somehow always reached optimal temperature for consumption without ever exceeding a flavor destroying temperature. Their Ice coffee is also always at the perfect temperature that will never induce a brain freeze. Oh and the bathroom is beyond comparison. Upon walking in I was awestruck. The place was absolutely spotless, gleaming so brightly as to reflect the beauty of a calm wintry snowfall. A must try. Not your typical DD.

Should have gotten my medium iced coffee for 80 something cents because the Patriots won. Dude got mad & walked away when I asked him about redoing the transaction and adding the difference back to my d&d card. Never even got a straw.
Typical D&D, customer service is lacking, orders get messed up often, there slow, coffee is burnt tasting. It seems like the employees have better things to do other then wait on you, like texting and screwing around.
They are close to home but they cannot make a coffee. They burn the hot coffee, put too much flavoring in and burn the iced coffee somehow too. They are out of things all the time. It's poorly managed. Go the extra distance to the one close to the route 6 on ramp.
